The transport sector plays a major role in the economic development of a country. The automobile engine exhaust emissions may become a major air pollution source in all over the world. The pollute air leads to climate change and affects plants, animals and also human alike. The rapid depletion of petroleum products and the stringent regulation on emission in automobile engine promotes the use of alternate renewable fuels and emission reduction technology.
The main objective of this workshop is to enhance the knowledge and information among budding engineers, industry people and research scholars who are interested in the field of automobile emission control, nano fuel additives and effective utilization of renewable liquid fuels like ethanol, methanol, bio-diesel, etc., in automobile engines for reduction in emission levels.
